Our Management Team
Elliptical’s management team consists of oil and gas executives with over 100 years of collective experience in all aspects of petroleum products trading, exploration, production, upstream pipeline, oil field services, marketing and banking. This team is comprised of professionals who adhere to the highest standards of customer service, loyalty and ethics.
Perry Podaras serves as the President & CEO of Elliptical International and has over 33 years of experience in oil and gas business development within the Middle Eastern and European markets.
Mr. Podaras provides experience and leadership, having worked with Middle Eastern and European private and semi- public capital from high net worth individuals, Royal Families and government funds.
Further industry experience includes involvement in negotiations with various national governments, state oil companies, regulatory institutions / ministries relating to oil and natural gas operations, as well as energy transportation (i.e. tankers, LNG vessels). His Greek heritage and fluency in the Greek language has enabled him to secure partnerships with major privately held Greek tanker and LNG transportation shipping entities. He has facilitated joint venture partnerships related to exploration and production. He also has vast experience in crude oil and refined product trading. His expertise in negotiating within multi-cultural environments has afforded him the opportunity to be a part of several sovereign concession agreements in the Middle East and in Africa.
Mr. Podaras’ expertise extends to Russia with his long standing relationships with state owned oil and gas companies.
Gail Randle serves as the Chief Administrative Officer. With more than 30 years in multiple business concerns, both as an owner and partner, Gail is the head of business operations for Elliptical International for the past 6 years. She is highly skilled at organizational development, processes and compliance. She was instrumental in organizing and submitting the documentation for our Rosneft Accreditation in May of 2015.
Brad Mothersbaugh is an accomplished accountant with more than 36 years of experience in various accounting-related capacities.
He has served as Controller for a publicly traded international subsea construction company, where he managed all daily accounting operations, monthly close periods and quarterly financial reporting in accordance with internal management, corporate governance and SEC requirements.
He has specialized experience in financial restatements and associated SEC filings and has provided due- diligence reporting and accounting research specific to oil and gas acquisition projects, as well as litigation projects. He possesses talents in the oil and gas, real estate and professional services industries, and his professional tenure prior to joining Elliptical includes: Senior Advisory Specialist for Opportune; Accounting Manager for Home 123 Mortgage; Crude Oil Global Trading Analyst for Chevron/Texaco; and GL Controller for Caltex/American Overseas Petroleum.
